Exclusive Access to Unlimited and Quick, Free estimates on repair request lists received from buyers on your listings. Estimates provided within 24 hours and can be priced from the inspection report in most cases.
If repairs are needed, C2C can perform all repairs, giving you and your client a single source contact so your time can be focused on listing more properties.
Final documentation with report after showing repairs performed for the contract documents.
Negotiation Assistance and production of letters for clarity and documentation. Sometimes a bank may need a letter from an inspector or contractor clarifying information about a specific concern of the bank.
Warranty: If your client used our inspection services prior to listing and a buyers inspector/inspection reveals any defects not already addressed, then C2C will make the necessary repairs or provide a documented rebuttal, if necessary, on the seller’s behalf.

*Pay at Close option is also available for Pre-Listing Inspections and Certified Square Footage Measurements for the seller. It has never been easier than now to get the support you need to ensure your listing / contract gets processed without a hitch. Discounts are only available when payment is received before or at time of service. Using the Pay at Close option will require full non-discounted price of the service performed but no finance fees will be charged. A credit card number will be required to initiate the Pay at Close program from whomever signs our agreement. Payment will be due at time of closing or when the listing contract period ends, which ever comes first.
Membership
SAP Membership is offered at $795 YEARLY but has been discounted to limited time off at $495 for their first year- to any agent who signs up before the end of the year (12-31-23). Additional offerings and discounts for SAP partners may be added throughout the year. This is an estimated $800 to $2200 worth of savings to each of your listing clients and often could mean the difference in holding together the initial purchase-offer contract.
Any agent who elects to not purchase a membership, can still receive pricing for repair request lists on a “per-report” basis.
C2C is a general contracting company that has been organized for the sole purpose of servicing the real estate industry for Listing and Buyer Agents. This is not a publicly advertised company as the goal is to be able to service real estate contracts/needs in a “time is of the essence” period. C2C does not brag about how long we are booked out but will strive to brag about how quick we can get to your project/needs. The seller will be asked to drop the contract price or be asked to remedy repairs needed at their own cost. This also results in lower commission to the listing agent as well. The contract can fall through, and the listing now acquires a mysterious/negative connotation. Just how much does the Listing Agent miss out on when a contract is terminated at this point in the process? Most sources have stated it is anywhere from 2 to 10% of the contract price.
