Pre-Inspected Yard Signage with Buyer Lead Capture Capabilities

Once a pre-listing inspection is performed, CHC Home Inspection will provide signage that can be posted adjacent to the listing signage that can be used to help market the property and as a lead generation source.

CHC is a member of a pre-listing service called “Inspected Houses”. With this service, our pre-listing inspections get a specific QR code that will be placed on the signage and buyers can have the ability to purchase a copy of the report. The proceeds can go to the seller to help recoup some of the cost of the pre-listing inspection, but the real magic is in that for someone to download a copy of the report, they had to open their wallet. This allows us to collect the buyer information and will be a new buyer lead for you as the listing agent.

As a member of our SAP program, you will also have a free membership to the “Inspected Houses” platform that will allow you to track downloads and obtain buyer leads. Further publicity for your listing and the ability to funnel leads in your direction is a win-win for you and your client.
