When your contract is on the line and the buyer’s inspection/agent sends you a repair request list, be at ease since you have exclusive service and support from Clear 2 Close Contracting. We can give you and your seller client free pricing/estimates on the repair request list.

If a copy of the inspection report is available, we can produce the value of the repairs needed within 24 hours. If a site visit must be made, we will visit the property within 24 hours and produce the estimate quickly as well. This allows you and your client the ability to quickly understand the value of the repairs needed so you can best negotiate.

If your seller needs to perform the repairs, C2C stands ready to help and will expedite your project. In addition to having the capacity to perform all repairs needed, C2C will also produce a follow-up report that documents the repairs made with photos so you can produce to the buying party.

This service is a free benefit as a SAP program member. Your seller will receive a 10% discount on any repairs performed.
