This service is perfect for verifying and ensuring that your listing has an accurate description of the square footage of the home.

A measurement report will be produced with this service and floor plan production is also available if desired. This service is priced at $399 up to 3000sf but as a member benefit of the SAP program, you will receive a $200 discount.
