We engaged CHC Home Inspection to examine our roof from both outside and from the attic. James was professional, objective, and thorough. We received a full report with photos (the same evening!) confirming (as we had believed) that the roofing company failed to address decking spacing issues we asked to have repaired before they started.
Bottom line, we’re in a position to hold them accountable through the CHC report! Highly recommend CHC Home Inspection!!

Had tornado damage and needed inspection for insurance on structure and electrical. Sondra was prompt in assigning the right inspector (Butch) and helpful walking me through the process. Butch was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He went over his findings before he left. I had a report to review within 24 hours. This company has many specialized inspection services that can be one of or bundled.

We chose CHC to perform our home inspection because they came highly recommended. We had to reschedule multiple times and they were extremely accommodating. We met with Matt after he performed the inspection and he went over all of his findings in detail with us. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We received an 11 month home warranty inspection from Billy. He did a very thorough job! He was in our home about 5 hours and really analyzed every nook and cranny. We wanted to get the most out of the time we have remaining under warranty and now we have a comprehensive list to take to our builder/contractor, bring some things to their attention, and have them repaired. CHC is the most expensive quote we got for an inspection, but you really get what you pay for in terms of services. It was certainly worth the price and peace of mind it provided us that we made the right investment in purchasing our home. Billy was very polite, personable, and explained his findings in detail.
